Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To begin a return, please email us at into@helpxtopyy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
