PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

 

When purchasing at BEAUTYBOX, within 7 days from the date of receipt, you are accepted to exchange the product or exchange for a product of higher value (pay the difference). However, before proceeding with the exchange, you need to note the following specific requirements:

  1. Conditions for exchange of goods.
  2. How to exchange goods.
  3. Costs associated with exchanging goods.
  4. Pack and send products back to Beauty Box.
  5. Time to exchange goods.

Note: During the packaging process, all orders are recorded on the system as well as information sent to Customers via email. To ensure that goods are not lost or damaged before reaching customers, online orders at Beauty Box will NOT SUPPORT CO-INSPECTION. Upon receipt of goods, if the package is incorrectly packaged/ defective goods, Customers can refuse to receive the goods. Or after receiving goods with defects, Beauty Box supports FREE returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. Customers should record a clip when unpacking the goods for the best support.

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Check the conditions for exchange

Products eligible for return are products that satisfy the following conditions and are not on the list of products that cannot be returned.

Condition:

– Products can be returned within 7 days (postmark or carrier confirmation) from the date of receipt.

– The product is still in its original condition when received, with intact labels and accessories (box, extra bag, etc.).

– Valuable promotional gifts (if any).

– The product is not dirty, broken, damaged, stained, scratched, or has a strange smell.

– Product has never been used, with full accessories intact.

– The product is still in the packaging with the product code.

– Wrong product delivered, missing accessories, missing goods.

– The product was broken during shipping to the customer.

– Product has technical error due to manufacturer.

– The product was delivered in the wrong item or color that the customer ordered.

– The value of the returned item must be greater than or equal to the product being exchanged. In case of sending the wrong product, BEAUTYBOX will re-deliver the item free of charge.

– Each product can only be returned once.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

  • No purchase invoice
  • Overdue
  • Damage caused by misuse or external impact

Step 2: Product exchange form

To exchange your product, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact BEAUTYBOX via Hotline 18006035 or Facebook: Beauty Box or via email: customercareBBX@hsvgroup.com.vn to check product conditions and exchange conditions to ensure the product meets these conditions.

2. Choose the form of exchange: Bring directly to the store (for offline purchases) or send the goods by post (for online purchases)

– If you bring it directly, you just need to bring the product and receipt (red invoice (VAT) to BEAUTYBOX warehouse.

– If sending by post, you need to confirm with the delivery party the condition of the goods: intact seal, intact box, product intact, not broken or damaged, product with all accessories.

3. After receiving the returned product that meets the exchange conditions, within 2 days, we will send you an E-Voucher code via email or text message with a value equal to the payment value of the exchanged product. E-Voucher is only applicable for exchange. You can only use E-Voucher to purchase online at the BEAUTYBOX website.

4. The validity of the E-Voucher is 60 days from the date you receive our E-Voucher code notification email.

Step 3: Costs associated with the exchange

BEAUTYBOX offers free product exchanges for customers shopping at BEAUTYBOX in case the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or delivered incorrectly.

However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product for subjective reasons such as not liking the color, changing their mind…, the customer is requested to pay the shipping fee in case the product needs to be returned to BEAUTYBOX’s warehouse for exchange.

Step 4: Pack and send the product back to BEAUTYBOX

– Please pack the returned product and receipt (red invoice (VAT) and send directly to BEAUTYBOX warehouse.

– The time for BEAUTYBOX to receive the goods is no more than 15 days from the date of successful delivery. If you send the goods after 15 days of receiving the goods, we will not resolve it.
