Delivery and Payment Policy
I. Applicable subjects
Beauty Box’s delivery policy only applies to customers who order Beauty Box products at the Online Store (including website beautybox.com.vn, Facebook Messenger) and hotline 18006035
II. Delivery time
Beauty Box delivers goods to customers’ requested locations nationwide with the following services:
✔ Standard Delivery: Delivery time (from the time the order is confirmed):
– 3 – 5 days for orders delivered in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi
– From 4 – 6 days for orders in the Central, Northern and Eastern/Southwestern regions
Delivery time is calculated from the time Beauty Box completes order confirmation until the goods are received, excluding holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.
